Quadrangle is Canisius College’s magazine of literary and visual arts. Now in its 58^th year, Quadrangle is published once a year, has a budget of approximately $10,000, and annually contains more than 100 pages of poetry, fiction, and visual art.

The designer works with the Quadrangle editor and chief on every aspect of design in order to realize their vision: trim size, cover design, page design, and layout. In the fall, the designer will work with the staff to study possible models, consider alternative designs, and finally, to create sample pages and a cover.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with InDesign and interested in print design and typography, willing to learn about the particular design features of literary magazines, and willing to work as part of the Quadrangle team.
